you already know what to do. really :)

take some time to look at what you've accomplished:

you came up with an idea.
you created the toy version of it.
you launched.
you iterated.

you gotta take moments to look at your wins — big or small.

tbh you're playing a very difficult game.

and this is one way to keep yourself motivated that no one else can :)

i'm proud of you for making it this far. you should be proud of yourself too.

but, the job's not done. keep going.

so, here's what i recommend you do this week:

look at the most common feedback you got and focus on improving just that.
launch on a completely different channel. try reddit, try tiktok, or try mastodon lol.

you truly never know what can happen unless you try something different sometimes.
